Guardian Homes
What is a Guardian Home?
A Guardian Home is a great opportunity for a person or family to enjoy a "pick of the litter" puppy/dog that is being considered for breeding by O'Shea Springers. These dogs are the best of the best as we always choose the best from our litters in order to better our breed. A great dog, at a great price, FREE. There is a deposit to ensure commitment by the Guardian Home is followed through and is then reimbursed over the time of the breeding career. The puppy/dog remains the property of O'Shea Springers until the end of the breeding career and then become the Guardian Home's dog forever after. Typically at the age of 4 years, the dog then becomes part of the forever home.
There is a commitment and willingness to be flexible for the needs of O'Shea Springers, but we believe it is well worth it to receive what is typically a "cream of the crop" puppy or dog. The value of the pup/dog is often $4,000-5,000 so a contract is necessary and for obvious reasons there is a need for us to find the perfect home.

Poppy
Poppy is a Liver Tri and is the daughter of Sophie and Remington. She is a beautiful addition to our programme with her classic prettiness and calm nature, a lot like her grandmother Lily. Poppy lives in a guardian home aswell and is a fantastic mother to her babies. Her puppies were gorgeous with fantastic temperaments and the families who have them cannot say enough good about them. We are thrilled to have this beauty as one of our breeding dogs.
Amelia
Amelia is black and white and the daughter of Gemma, and sister to Juliette and Angus. Amelia went to live with her forever family as a guardian home dog. We had a family already approved as a guardian home and we all felt that this would be a great fit. Amelia is loving being spoiled lots and will continue to come back for breeding and raising her pups here with us.
